Member of the House Committee on Government Oversight, Rep. Steve Russell (R-Okla.), joins Dr. Piper to weigh in on the House passage of the Senate budget proposal yesterday. President of College of the Ozarks, Dr. Jerry Davis, is here to talk about College of the Ozarks now requiring a course for freshman students which covers military customs, American flag protocol, map reading and marksmanship, among other subjects.
